How the vehicle's condition is put on record
Every trip on Vribe opens and closes with an 8-angle photo inspection analysed with artificial intelligence, documenting the vehicle's condition before and after. The report is sealed with a digital fingerprint that reveals any later alteration. Host and traveler also sign a rental contract for each trip.

Eight photos, twice
The inspection happens at handover and at return, and both parties take part: photos from both sides stand as evidence of the vehicle's real condition. Damage that wasn't documented at handover is hard to claim afterwards, so handover is the moment to put on record what was already there.
What the artificial intelligence actually does
It analyses the photos to document damage, mileage and anomalies. It doesn't settle disputes or penalise anyone: it produces a report that people use as evidence.
The fingerprint that reveals changes
When signed, the report is sealed with a cryptographic fingerprint computed over its content. If someone altered the photos or the analysis afterwards, the recomputed fingerprint would no longer match. It isn't that the report is impossible to modify: it's that a modification shows.
The contract for each trip
Every trip has its own rental contract, signed by host and traveler. It includes each party's name and document, the traveler's license with its country and expiry, and the names of the authorised additional drivers. Vribe isn't a party to that contract: it's between the host and the traveler.

- Do I have to do the inspection myself?
- Both parties take part, at handover and at return. That's what makes the evidence belong to both, not just one.
- Can I look at the report later?
- The report stays attached to the booking, and it's what's used as evidence if a dispute comes up later.
- Does the AI decide whether there was damage?
- No. It documents and describes what it sees in the photos. Decisions about a dispute aren't made by the model.
