📸 Photos that convert

  • ✓First photo = listing cover. Choose the most attractive one (usually the 3/4 front angle)

💰 Smart pricing

  • ✓Use Vribe's AI price suggestion — it analyzes your area, category and vehicle year
  • ✓4x4 pickups in Guatemala are in high demand — you can charge up to 15% more in high season (December-January, Holy Week)
  • ✓Offer weekly (7-10%) and monthly (15-20%) discounts to increase occupancy
  • ✓Review the prices of similar vehicles in your area every 2 weeks
  • ✓The deposit is optional and proportional to the vehicle's value: you decide whether to ask for one and how much. It covers your policy's deductible, not the full damage.

🚗 Vehicle preparation

  • ✓Check fluids (oil, water, brakes) before each rental
  • ✓Service the vehicle every 5,000 km or as recommended by the manufacturer
  • ✓Keep the tank at least ¼ full at handover
  • ✓Always carry up-to-date vehicle documents: registration card and insurance policy
  • ✓Check that tires have the correct pressure and enough tread depth

💬 Communication with travelers

  • ✓Respond to requests in under 1 hour — it improves your Trust Score and conversion rate
  • ✓Coordinate the pickup point in advance: traveler's address or a central location
  • ✓Clearly explain the vehicle rules: no pets, no smoking, passenger limit
  • ✓At handover, show the traveler how the GPS, A/C and other controls work
