Non-Discrimination Policy
Vribe believes in inclusion and equal access for everyone.
Vribe is committed to providing equal access to its platform without discrimination based on race, color, ethnic origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, age, nationality or any other characteristic protected by the Political Constitution of the Republic of Guatemala and international human rights laws.
For Travelers
All Travelers who meet the eligibility requirements (age, driver's license, identity verification) have the right to access the vehicles available on the platform. No Host may decline a booking based on personal characteristics of the Traveler unrelated to legitimate use of the vehicle.
For Hosts
Hosts who list vehicles on Vribe accept this policy as a condition of use. A Host who systematically declines bookings from protected groups may be suspended from the platform.
Accessibility
We work continuously to make our platform accessible to people with disabilities. If you find accessibility barriers, write to us at accessibility@vribe.app.
Report discrimination
If you believe you've been a victim of discrimination on our platform, report it at support@vribe.app. We investigate every case and take the necessary corrective measures, including suspending the offending user.
Legal framework
This policy is based on Article 4 of the Political Constitution of the Republic of Guatemala (freedom and equality), the Anti-Discrimination Law (Decree 57-2002), and the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
